Shipping policy

We offer in-store pickup free of charge.  ALL ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS WILL EITHER BE DONATED OR RETURNED BACK INTO INVENTORY AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

If you selected and paid for shipping we use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS for delivery.  You will be provided a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped out.  Usual processing times for an order are 7-10 business days and then 3-5 business days for transit depending on your location. These times can be extended for 2 reasons.

  1. This is a big one.  Much of our online business consists of teams placing orders in bulk during an ordering window that has been established by your coach or team manager.  In the event that your order falls within this category the details of ordering and delivery will be posted at the top of your team’s page.  Many times orders that fall in this category will be delivered to the school rather than picked up in-store.  If you would prefer to make different arrangements than what your coach or team manager has established please reach out by phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  2. In the event that the product is not in stock and there are delays from the manufacturer.  We do our best to keep you up to date on backorders but this is not always possible because we are not always alerted by the manufacturer.  Also, due to the cyclical nature of sports seasons, sometimes warehouses experience delays and unfortunately, these can be passed on to us and in turn to you.  We will keep you updated with as much information as we receive and encourage you, our valued customer, to reach out to us with any questions.
